Challenges
Their immediate challenge was backfilling a BAU Data Analyst role. The secondary challenge was the launch of a new insurance product for electronic devices to increase market share had stalled for 5 months.
Task
engaged as the Product Manager to cover for the absent Data Analyst responsible for Hotjar and Google Analytics (GA) across seven European markets and also kick-off the discovery phase for the new insurance offer.
