Challenges
Santander was notoriously slow with delivering mobile app feature changes quickly to customers and consequently fell behind other high-street and challenger banks. Implementing these new features were also critical in reducing the footfall in-branch and therefore speeding up branch closures.
Task
Engaged as the Product Lead to speed up the road mapping and delivery of the cheque depositing strategic feature within the retail banking iOS/Android app
